Website terms
These terms cover your use of the Kutab website and the registration form on it. Using Kutab itself — the platform your institution logs into — is covered by the separate agreement we sign with you.
Kutab operates this website from Egypt.
Kutab builds and runs a learning platform for training centers, academies, and schools. This website describes that platform and lets an institution register its interest in it.
By browsing the site or sending us the registration form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Language
The site is published in Arabic and English. Where the two differ, the English text applies.
Nothing on this website creates a contract on its own.
The pages here describe what Kutab does and how we work. They are an invitation to talk, not a binding offer, and they do not commit either side to anything.
Your institution is bound only by an agreement we both sign. That agreement sets the price, the scope, and the service — and it overrides anything written on this site.
No obligation
Registering costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and takes no payment.
The signed agreement wins
If this site and your agreement disagree, your agreement is what counts.
We describe the product honestly, but plans change.
We keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete or current at every moment. Features, integrations, and prices can change as the product develops.
Illustrations on the site are drawings, not photographs of the product. Examples of how a day on Kutab works show the intended use; your institution's setup is agreed with you and may differ.
Confirm before relying
Ask us to confirm in writing anything you intend to rely on.
Third-party names
Names such as Zoom, Stripe, and Paymob belong to their owners and are used only to say what we connect to.
Use the site lawfully, and the form honestly.
Please do not try to disrupt or overload the site, work around its rate limits, probe it for weaknesses, submit harmful content, or scrape it with automated tools.
When you register, give details that are accurate and that you are entitled to share — including the institution you represent and the contact details you enter. Do not register on behalf of an organization without its permission.
We may block abuse
We can restrict access to the site or the form where it is being misused.
Someone else's data
Only enter another person's contact details if they have agreed to it.
The site's content and branding belong to Kutab.
The text, design, illustrations, logos, and code on this site are ours, or used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for the normal purpose of evaluating Kutab for your institution.
You may not copy the site to build a competing offering, republish its content as your own, or use the Kutab name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
Normal sharing is fine
Sending a page to a colleague or a board is exactly what it is for.
Ask for anything more
Write to us for press, partnership, or reuse of the brand.
The website comes as it is; the platform comes with an agreement.
We may change, pause, or withdraw parts of this website at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. This site is separate from the Kutab platform your institution logs into, which is covered by the service commitments in your agreement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Links out
We are not responsible for sites we link to, or for what they do with your data.
Your platform service
Uptime, backups, and support for the platform are defined in your signed agreement, not here.
Egyptian law governs these terms.
We may update these terms as the product and the business develop. The version published here is the one that applies, so please check it when it matters to you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction.
