Privacy notice

This document is a working draft for product review and must not be treated as final legal advice or an approved privacy notice.

Draft — pending legal review

Pending legal review before publication as a final policy.

This page describes the intended public-site data handling at a high level so the implementation can be reviewed. It is visibly marked as a draft because the responsible legal entity, jurisdiction-specific wording, retention periods, and formal contact details have not been approved.

No statement on this page should be interpreted as a final contractual commitment. Legal counsel must confirm the complete notice before production publication.

  • Review required

Entity details, governing law, retention, rights, and contact channels remain pending.

  • No hidden analytics

This release includes no analytics or third-party marketing scripts.

The proposal form collects only the fields shown to the visitor.

The form asks for a name, work email, organization name, organization type, approximate learner count, country, preferred contact method, and an optional message. A honeypot field is used to discourage automated submissions.

Server validation runs before any delivery attempt. Production paths do not log field values. Operational logs are limited to an event identifier, timestamp, and validation outcome. The default delivery mode does not persist submissions.

  • Disabled mode

Validate without storing or claiming delivery.

  • Log mode

Development-only local storage in a gitignored file.

  • Webhook mode

Forward only when the configured endpoint returns a successful response.

Contact and rights language still requires an approved legal owner.

The final notice must explain how visitors can ask questions, request access or correction where applicable, and understand any lawful basis for processing. Those details depend on the confirmed entity and jurisdictions.

Until that review is complete, the site uses a configurable public contact email as an operational fallback. It does not claim a privacy office, response time, or regulatory certification that has not been supplied.

  • Contact pending

A final privacy contact address must be approved.

  • Policy lifecycle

The reviewed policy should include an effective date and change process.
